PWESCR’s annual leadership development programme is uniquely designed for women’s rights leaders (men and women) working in organisations from the economic South in key leadership positions. Using a human rights framework and the ICESCR to address structural causes of poverty and inequality, the Institute will particularly focus on the social construct of gender and women’s poverty.
